The Prepless Veneer
DuraThin veneers were developed by Mark Willes and Dr. Dennis Wells in 2003 to give dentists a cosmetic option that doesn't cost the patient their enamel.

Why Dentists Choose DuraThin
DuraThin veneers are extremely thin, generally 0.2 to 0.4mm, and once bonded they are unbelievably strong. Instead of the pressed ceramic technique most veneers use, DuraThin is built with a traditional porcelain layering technique, so the color lives inside the veneer instead of sitting on the surface.
That means shade changes, minor ortho corrections, and other cosmetic improvements are possible while removing little or no patient enamel, which matters most to the patients who are hesitant about "getting veneers" in the first place.
Blocks out discoloration and lets natural tooth structure show through, without the drill time patients dread.
Because so little tooth structure is removed, DuraThin gives you a cosmetic path you can offer with confidence to prep-averse patients.
Two decades of case data and technique refinement by the ceramist and the dentist who created it together.
“I met Mark Willes several years ago at a hands-on CE course. I was completely blown away by his work!”Dennis Wells DDS · Co-Developer of DuraThin Veneers · Nashville, TN
